LAOWA 24MM T14 2X PERI PROBE LENS (CINE) - PL

The 24mm T14 2x PeriProbe not only inherits all the excellent features of the 24mm T14 2x Probe lens, but now also includes a new periscope tube. The new 90° periscope tip unlocks countless new and exciting movements. The 85° AoV and a very close working distance of 2 cm help create an insect-eye perspective. The 2x magnification allows capturing subjects of different sizes with details. Users can insert the long, waterproof barrel into a narrow space and underwater for a unique perspective. The LED Ring Lite provides an additional light source. Users can also switch the 90° periscope back to the 0° straight reach. The lens can rotate 360° along the axis by unlocking the orientation ring. Additional accessories can also be mounted on the tip of the lens through the 1/4 screw hole.

The 24mm T14 2x Periprobe includes (1) Main Unit, (1) 90° Module, and (1) Direct View Module. The lens also includes: (1) white USB cable dimmer (with power adjustment), (1) black USB cable (without power adjustment), (1) protective case, (5) front and rear caps for all modules and the main unit.

Laowa 24mm T14 2x Periprobe is specifically designed for Full Frame sensors. It eliminates all features of Laowa 24mm f/14 2x Probe and adds a completely new periscope feature. The lens offers you a new perspective and enhances flexibility in terms of camera setup and operation.

Users can point the camera up or down with the Periprobe to create a periscope perspective. It is useful when shooting something unreachable like a tree hole at 7' high or a crab hiding in an underwater cave. It also simplifies your setups, as you don't need a large tank and waterproof housing for this shot.

It is almost impossible to travel between objects that are close to each other unless you make a complicated mechanism with software to move the objects back and forth to avoid collision. It is very slow and painful for videographers to have this pre-shoot preparation. With Periprobe, you can simply travel through the tight space by placing the cameras on sliders and tripods.
