The XEEN CF series of XEEN cinema lenses are characterized by the surprisingly small dimensions of the individual lenses and their extremely low weight. With approximately 40% less volume and 20-30% less weight compared to previous lenses, it opens up completely new possibilities for filmmakers. The world's first cinema lenses for CF lenses used a carbon fiber lens tube - hence the name: Carbon F Iber. Absolutely high-quality workmanship combined with low weight are a great advantage of the XEEN CF lenses.
8K resolution, full-frame image circle
XEEN CF lenses provide 8K resolution and 43.3mm image circle. This means that full-frame cameras can also use these lenses, as can professional cinema cameras like the ARRI Alexa and Alexa Mini, Canon EOS C700, Sony Venice, or RED Helium and Dragon. Cameras with larger sensors, such as the ARRI Alexa LF and RED Monstro, can use the XEEN CF lenses in most modes, but not completely with Open Gate. Of course, smaller sensors like APS-C and APS-H can also be used with XEEN CF lenses.

XEEN CF lenses are available with PL, Canon EF, and Sony E mounts. Variable image aspect is another feature of these lenses' versatility: with the aperture open, you get the typically smooth vintage look of older lenses, which Often referred to as "creamy": warm and balanced skin tones, soft and subtle bokeh, harmonious halos of light. Details like the luminescent lettering on both sides of the lens make work on set much easier. The sprockets for focus tracking systems are now slightly wider than with classic XEEN lenses, the teeth are higher, and they have rounded corners. The brilliant 16mm T2.6 XEEN CF has internal focus and is versatile.
Like all XEEN CF cinema lenses, this one also has an 8K resolution. The 95mm front diameter and the position of the aperture and focus ring are exactly the same for all XEEN CF models. This means that changing lenses, whether on the platform or on the tripod, is quick and easy, even with the Follow Focus system installed. This lens is 82.3mm long.
As usual with cinema lenses, distance and aperture values ​​that can be read on both sides, as well as gear wheels for grid-free, infinitely adjustable aperture and smooth and exact focus with Follow Focus are a matter of course. for this purpose XEEN CF. At just 95mm in diameter (instead of 114mm with previous XEEN lenses), the lens diameter has also been significantly reduced.
