Lens Tokina operates 50mm f / 1.4 FF for Canon EF

The 50mm f/1.4 normal length lens is designed for EF Canon full-frame digital reflex mounts, however, it can also be used with APS-C models where it provides an equivalent focal length of 80mm.

In particular, the maximum aperture benefits of f / 1.4 bright work in low light conditions and also allow greater control over depth of field to isolate matter and work with selective focusing techniques.

Three Super-Low Dispersion elements are used to greatly reduce color fringes and chromatic aberrations for greater color clarity and accuracy.

An aspherical element is located in the rear group and helps control spherical aberrations and distortion for improved sharpness and more accurate representation.

ELR (extremely low reflection) coating has been applied to individual elements to suppress glare and ghosting to achieve greater contrast and color fidelity when working in bright lighting conditions.

The ring-shaped ultrasonic motor offers fast, quiet autofocus performance as well as full-time manual focus override, which adapts to video and still image applications.

The rounded nine-leaf diaphragm contributes to a pleasant bokeh quality.

The weather-sealed construction allows the lens to work in harsh environmental conditions.
