THE MAXIMUM
- The maximum limit is linked to the type of certificate acquired.
- The maximum limit of the indicated certificate constitutes the maximum repair cost for a single repair or the reimbursement of the value of the item if it cannot be repaired.
- If it cannot be repaired, the Customer may receive a reimbursement of the purchase amount of the item with a 30% depreciation.
ACTIVATION
- Guarantee3 Cover must be activated online.
- To send an activation request, simply visit our website www.garantia3.es in the “ONLINE Activation” section.
- Once the registration is completed, the user will receive a confirmation via email.
USER REQUEST
- The user can request assistance through www.garantia3.es by filling out the online form; or by writing an email to the address asistencia@garantia3.es; or by calling the toll-free number 900 838033.
- The user must provide details of their GUARANTEE3 certificate, personal data, the type of malfunction, and the location of the product.
HOW IT WORKS
- Guarantee3 verifies the compliance of the communicated data.
- Guarantee3 verifies the correct activation of the warranty extension.
- The user will be asked for a copy of the Guarantee3 certificate and the purchase receipt of the product for data verification.
- The user will receive via email or phone confirmation of the repair request number and details of the technical assistance service procedure.
