Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. The price varies according to the shipping destination and will have the following costs:

All shipments will be sent by courier. The delivery time will be 1 working day for Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Tenerife, 2 working days for La Palma, El Hierro and La Gomera, 2/3 working days for Peninsula/Balearic Islands/Ceuta Melilla and 4/8 days for the rest of Europe subject to availability of the product.

Deliveries in 3 hours for Las Palmas de Gran Canaria - For a cost of 7 euros you can choose delivery in 3 hours if the delivery address is in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on a working day and formalizing the order before 14:00 hours.

Same day afternoon delivery for Telde, Arucas and Santa Brigida - For a cost of 4,99 euros you can choose same day delivery in the afternoon if the delivery address is in Telde, Arucas and Santa Brigida on a working day and placing the order before 13:00 hours.

In the case of not being able to deliver within the period indicated on the web, customers will be informed of the status of their order.

  • Once the order has been placed and confirmation of payment has been received by email, the order will be shipped within 24 hours. Transfers take 2 days to be credited to our account. Therefore, if the shipment is urgent, it is preferable to make the payment by credit card, paypal or a deposit over the counter, which is the method of payment and instant income.
  • We send the order by transport agency and you do not have to pay anything else when you receive the order because the price you have paid includes taxes.
  • Cash on delivery shipments have a 3% surcharge on the total amount of the purchase and it is automatically added to the order when you choose the cash on delivery method.
  • All orders have additional shipping insurance, which protects them from damage or loss that may occur during the shipping process. Duke is responsible for reshipment at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Deliveries of packages are made during the mornings to mid-afternoon and if you need a delivery at other times, there will be an additional charge by the courier that you will have to pay them directly.

The special discount for the Canary Islands that appears on some products is discounted from the RRP and applies to purchases in store or web orders to be delivered within the Canary Islands. 2. Card payment

When the transaction is processed, it is guaranteed that the card user is the legitimate card holder.

In order to use this payment system, it is necessary for you as the cardholder to register with the service through your bank. If you have not yet done so, please contact your bank for further information. In most cases they will be able to activate your card immediately.

You can make payments with all Visa and MasterCard credit cards (including prepaid cards).

  • All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty.

Returns

According to Law 47/2002 of Retail Trade Management, products whose price is subject to fluctuations of financial market coefficients that the seller can not control, can not be returned.
