Shotgun Mic for focused sound
It is best used at a distance of up to 4 'from the subject, the CamMic + features a cardioid pickup pattern that focuses the capture of audio in front of the camera, while rejecting the sounds that distract in the background. Activating the 80 Hz low cut filter helps reduce unwanted low frequency noise caused by traffic and air conditioning, leaving room for clearer speech and dialogue.
Built-in shock absorber reduces vibration and rumble
An intelligent design feature of CamMic + is the robust and integrated shock mount. It helps isolate the microphone from driving noise and vibrations when it is in motion, which greatly reduces the dull noise of the bass.
The double layer windshield blocks wind noise
The included dual-layer bullet-type windshield gives the CamMic + an elegant and functional look, while blocking wind noise and protecting it from the elements.
Versatile Mounting Options
The CamMic + offers an integrated locking shoe bracket that features a 1/4 "-20 thread at the bottom and is ready to connect to your camera, gimbal, tripod, boompole or stand. The microphone can also be mounted on a smartphone using a phone tripod adapter clamp equipped with a cold shoe (available separately).
