Regarding this new Viltrox 13mm f1.4, which for now is only available for the Fujifilm X mount, it's worth mentioning that it is a lens with a moderate weight of 420 grams. However, it should be noted that inside, it has a construction of 14 elements in 11 groups.

To achieve a good bokeh, besides its maximum aperture of f1.4, there is a diaphragm made up of 9 blades. Additionally, there is a minimum focusing distance of 22 centimeters.

Of course, as we mentioned, it is a lens with an autofocus system, driven by an STM motor, and all of this is done internally. The front lens, which is 67 millimeters to accommodate filters, does not move.

4 ED lens elements (extra-low dispersion) greatly reduce color fringing and chromatic aberrations to produce greater clarity and color accuracy.

The lens is designed for smooth video capture, effectively eliminating focus breathing when changing focus distances while shooting video. The STM autofocus motor provides fast and responsive autofocus.

The bright maximum aperture of f/1.4 is suitable for working in difficult lighting conditions and also provides greater control over depth of field and delivers a smooth bokeh effect at wider apertures. The 9-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality. The minimum focusing distance reaches 0.22 m.

The lens's aperture ring and focus ring have been designed for optimal operability. The lightweight and compact lens design and versatility can meet the different needs of photographers and video users, easy to carry and operate.
