Samyang AF 14mm f / 2.8 Lens for Nikon F

Suitable for landscape, nature and astronomy photography, the Samyanges Nikon F-mount AF 14 mm f / 2.8 is an ultra wide bright cousin characterized by its autofocus design and immense field of view. the optical design features an extra low dispersion element, two aspherical elements and four high refractive index elements, which help reduce a variety of aberrations and distortions for greater sharpness, clarity and chromatic reproduction. an Ultra Multi-Coating was also applied to individual elements to suppress glare for greater clarity, clarity and chromatic reproduction. an Ultra Multi-Coating was also applied to individual elements to suppress reflection.

Ultra Prime wide-angle is designed for Nikon F-mount digital reflexes in FX format, however, it can also be used with DX models where it provides an equivalent focal length of 21mm.

The maximum aperture of Bright f / 2.8 is suitable for working in difficult lighting conditions and benefits astrological photography applications.

An extremely low dispersion element helps reduce color fringes and chromatic aberrations for remarkable clarity and color accuracy.

Two aspherical elements and four high refractive index elements minimize distortion and spherical aberrations for high clarity and accurate representation.

Ultra Multi-Coating was applied to individual elements to reduce glare and ghosting for greater contrast and neutral color balance.

The rounded seven-leaf diaphragm contributes to a pleasant bokeh quality.

The dedicated AF / MF switch is available for fast switching between focusing methods.

Durable all-metal lens construction is weather sealed for use in harsh environmental conditions.

The integrated parasol helps prevent stray light from causing flashes or ghost images and provides additional protection to the front element.
