Answer: Hola Victor, no habrá ningún problema para hacer el cambio del producto siempre que esté dentro del plazo y este en las mismas condiciones que se lo hemos enviado, le enviaremos un Word para que proceda a enviarnos el producto y a nombre de la persona que va dirigido. Dentro del paquete ha de adjuntar la factura o copia y el motivo de la devolución, una vez aquí valoramos el producto y si todo está correcto procederemos hacerle el cambio.
