NIKON Z7II BODY
More capability, higher level of detail
Thanks to the dual EXPEED processors inside, the Z 7II effortlessly meets the challenge of creating high-resolution full-frame images. You'll enjoy greater dynamic range and clearer performance across the wide ISO sensitivity range. You can focus with absolute confidence, even when shooting in extremely low light conditions.
Maximum speed and reliability
Dual card slots allow you to use UHS-II SD cards in one slot and ultra-fast XQD or CFexpress cards in the other. Set the camera to use the cards as a backup or for backups, or to separate RAW files from JPEG files and still images from videos.
Ultra-wide, sharp AF
The responsive hybrid AF system offers wide, sharp coverage, and the camera returns to the selected focus point when activated from standby mode. Exposure can be measured down to -4 EV when shooting with a lens with an aperture of f/2 (or brighter).
Shoot with a brighter aperture for longer... and silently
Shooting speeds of up to 10 fps provide immense flexibility, while the larger buffer and dual card slots allow you to keep shooting without interruption. Capture up to 200 full-resolution JPEG images or 77 uncompressed 12-bit RAW images in a single burst.
Impressive dynamic range
Textures, patterns, and colors. The Z 7II offers an astounding dynamic range, both at high and low ISO values. Tonal gradations are exceptionally smooth, and skin tones are reproduced with amazing accuracy. The ability to record video in resolutions up to 4K/60P allows for dynamic scenes with a fascinating level of detail.
Precise tracking
Tracking even small subjects precisely is possible. You can switch tracking on and off using the shutter or assign tracking to an Fn button on the camera or lens.
People and animals
The Eye Detection AF function locks focus on people's eyes. The Animal Detection AF function does the same for cats and dogs. Reliably focus the camera on the subject's eyes, whether capturing still images or recording video.
A viewfinder up to the task
The 3690k-dot high-definition electronic viewfinder (EVF) gives you a smooth, uninterrupted view even when shooting at high speed. High refresh rates significantly reduce viewfinder blackout time, so you never lose sight of what's in front of you.
Screens that adapt to you
Customizable information displays allow for quick setting adjustments, or you can disable the information display entirely when shooting still images. If you flip the screen to shoot in Live View mode, the EVF automatically turns off to save power.
Maximum sharpness at small apertures
Want to achieve images with a lot of depth of field? The Z 7II counteracts diffraction that can occur when reducing the lens's f-stop.¹ Whether landscapes or cityscapes, you can shoot with smaller apertures without worrying about losing definition.
More shots per charge
The Z 7II uses the least amount of power possible, and its new battery allows for more shots per charge. It also has a power-saving mode for when you need it.
Wireless control
Do you work with wireless lighting setups or shoot remotely? In that case, you can use the optional WR-R11b wireless remote controller and the long-range WR-1 wireless remote controller.
