TetherBLOCK QR Plus Quick Release Plate

The Thunder Gray TetherBLOCK QR Plus Quick Release Plate is designed to fit a camera to an Arca-type compatible quick release clamp and prevent damage to the camera's data port while connected to a computer or hard drive.
Along the 1/4 "-20 bracket and non-slip pads on the top surface of the QR Plus are grooves that can channel a section of data cable at one end of the board length and exit the other before Connect the board to a compatible camera This allows a USB or FireWire cable that is connected to a camera's data port for the purpose of taking connected photos to be secured under the camera and inside the QR Plus. Being able to get to the point where a data cable and a camera are connected, the grooves on the board interrupt the stress along the cable that could occur from accidentally pulling or tripping over it.
For direct connection to accessories such as a tripod or straps that feature 1/4 "-20 brackets, the bottom of the plate is threaded with two 1/4" -20 female accessory threads.
Constructed of aluminum alloy, the TetherBLOCK QR Plus is durable while remaining lightweight.
