The convertible stand and articulated arm from Savage is a versatile support that allows you to use it as a light stand or an articulated arm. The essential advantage of the stand lies in its self-extending and foldable legs with air cushioning, which allows for quick and easy repositioning of lights when moving between groups and in tight spaces. Simply place the stand on the ground to extend its legs for use, and lift the stand to automatically retract them for placement elsewhere.

The four-section stand rises to a maximum height of 12' and has two air-cushioned sections that gently lower valuable equipment when making height adjustments. The stand has a stable footprint of 32", folds to 47", and handles a maximum of 10 pounds. The cleverly designed convertible drop stand has another valuable feature: an articulated arm. The arm has a maximum length of 60" and a minimum usable length of 8". It supports up to 5 pounds. Savage has provided an empty sandbag for a counterweight that you can fill with the heavy material of your choice. A carrying case is also included for storage and transport.
