The Profoto Softbox Strip assembles in seconds thanks to its integrated speedring and creates an impressive soft light. Its design produces soft light with elongated shadow edges on the longer side and harder light with shortened shadow edges on the shorter side, making it ideal for illuminating edges or contours. This essential light shaper enhances the curves and profiles of objects and effectively separates the subject from the background.

The Profoto Softbox Strip, thanks to its fully integrated design, is incredibly easy to assemble and can be folded and unfolded very quickly. Additionally, it provides adjustable light softness and intensity thanks to its removable and interchangeable diffuser. The recessed front evenly distributes a natural-looking light and, due to its heat resistance, it is also compatible with flashes that use halogen as continuous light (up to a max. of 500 W).

The Profoto Softbox Strip and its wide range of available accessories offer total creative freedom to photographers who wish to have precise control over their lighting setups.

Note: When used with ProHead at a power level of 10 (2400 Ws) and continuous light (500 W) at full effect, a maximum of 8 flashes per minute is recommended to prevent the speedring from overheating.
