You simply need to attach the Edge Mask to the Softbox with the velcro fastenings and let the completely dark center create a beautiful contour light around the subject, as well as an intriguing reflection in their gaze. You can also place the Softbox with the Edge Mask behind the subject and see how the frame of light illuminates the edges while keeping the background black.
