HOYA PRO ND64 EX FILTER 77MM
"UX" in the name of the series means "User eXperience" to indicate all the experiences that users will obtain by using these filters and everything that it entails. By naming this series UX, our goal is to offer users better individual experiences through all activities related to photography.
It is commonly recognized that circular polarizing filters (CIR-PL) are used to cut light reflections from non-metallic surfaces. The maximum point is usually the most used position of the CIR-PL filter when reducing reflections. However, there are cases where reflections need to be enhanced or adjusted according to the photographer's intent. In this sense, we can say that the CIR-PL filter is not used to cut reflections, but to control them.
CIR-PL filters can also enhance the saturation of the sky and the leaves of trees by reducing light reflections from tiny droplets of moisture and dust concentrated in the air. This makes white clouds stand out and increases the overall contrast of the image.
The UX II CIR-PL filter can be used with both film and digital cameras. The structure of polarizing filters incorporates a polarizing film between the two glass elements, and the front frame is designed to rotate, allowing the polarizing film to be placed at the desired angle.
The threads on the edges allow for the installation of other filters and lens caps. The slim frame of the UX II CIR-PL ensures that vignetting never occurs on wide-angle lenses.
