Mount your camera directly onto the monopod, or if you prefer, add a small ball head or compact video head. The "½" twist locks allow for easy and quick adjustments so you can shoot at any height.

The included universal smartphone adapter accessory is very useful for recording long videos from your phone or for that extra stability for your everyday portable device.

The added carabiner and wrist strap make moving from place to place quick and easy, an excellent solution that can be used anywhere, including places where tripod use is not allowed!
