The new CFV II 50C back attaches to most Hasselblad V system cameras. This allows any classic camera body up to 60 years old to make the transition to the digital world.

Combining the CFV II 50C digital back with the 907X camera body creates a new combination that allows shooting with a variety of Hasselblad optics, ranging from the V System to the latest XCD lenses.

Therefore, the CFV II 50C back is the bridge between the past and the present through which Hasselblad's photographic history is connected in a single system.

907X
The 907X medium format camera body is the smallest from Hasselblad. Weighing only 206 g, it is extremely slim, lightweight, and designed to seamlessly pair with the CFV II 50C back, thus creating the ultracompact 907X 50C digital medium format mirrorless camera. Connecting the 907X with the CFV II 50C allows shooting with a wide range of Hasselblad optics, including all XCD lenses, all HC/HCD lenses, as well as V system and XPan lenses through adapters.

The new CFV II 50C digital back features an impressive 50-megapixel medium format CMOS sensor, individually calibrated for optimal performance, with outstanding color depth, a huge dynamic range of 14 stops, and the ability to capture full-size JPEG images in the camera.
The Hasselblad Natural Color Solution technology is integrated into the camera system, providing accurate and realistic tones that fully match what the human eye sees. Ergonomically improved compared to the previous model, the CFV II 50C now features a touch-sensitive and movable rear screen, as well as a slot for its internal battery. This makes it an even more elegant piece of equipment. As a standalone back compatible with most V System cameras, the CFV II 50C pairs with the 907X camera body to enable even more creative possibilities.

BUILD YOUR OWN SYSTEM
The CFV II 50C digital back can be combined with most Hasselblad V System cameras manufactured from 1957 onwards, as well as with technical cameras, making it easy to combine analog and digital shooting. When combined with the 907X camera body, the photographer gains access to the full range of XCD lenses, providing autofocus and auto exposure. Unlike previous CFV models, which are limited in terms of wide-angle options, the 907X 50C provides access to excellent wide-angle optics, including the XCD 21 and XCD 30.
This combination is very reminiscent of the Hasselblad SWC camera, but with interchangeable lenses. All HC/HCD, V System, and XPan lenses can also be used when combined with the XH adapter, XV adapter, and XPan lens adapter, respectively. To further expand the spectrum of lens options, the 907X allows compatibility with a wide range of third-party adapters and lenses.

A DESIGN THAT LASTS THROUGH THE YEARS
The CFV II 50C celebrates Hasselblad's design-focused heritage with its timeless appearance, featuring a similar form factor, synthetic leather cover, and chrome edges like the original V System film magazines. By coupling the digital back with Hasselblad's smallest medium format camera body, the 907X, it creates a compact and stylish camera. Combining modern technology with a classic aesthetic reminiscent of the Hasselblad SWC camera, the CFV II 50C and the 907X pay homage to Hasselblad's history combined with its renowned image quality.

TILT, TOUCH, SWIPE, AND TAP
The modern mobile screen of the CFV II 50C features an intuitive touch interface with swipe and pinch-to-zoom options when navigating through images. A high frame rate of 60 fps allows for smooth live viewing on the digital screen. Thanks to the high-resolution display and enhanced live views, which include the focus point, we see more precise sharpness, which is particularly advantageous for the manual focus V system cameras.

SEE THE WORLD FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES
The combination of the CFV II 50C digital back and the 907X camera body offers a truly unique photographic experience, including the classic waist-level shooting style of the V System. Enabled by the CFV II 50C's tilt screen, image composition, focusing, and review are simplified when shooting at this distinct angle. Photographers using a V System camera with the CFV II 50C have the flexibility to view either through the camera's viewfinder or the digital back's tilt screen.
