The new generation of Lume Cube torches arrived! The Lume Cube 2.0, a small square block with a powerful LED, has been improved perfectly. Usable as an external flash or video light with your camera, smartphone or action camera, the Lume Cube 2.0 is a bluff with simplicity while opening up possibilities for images to be increasingly successful.

Torch for camera, smartphone and GoPro
The Lume Cube 2.0 is a professional and portable lighting source for photographers and cameramen. This 4 x 4 x 4 cm square hard silicone block can be used as an external light source for cameras, smartphones and action cameras such as GpPro. Full battery and at full power, the torch offers 1:30 of light. Thanks to its integrated optical sensor, the Lume Cube can also be used as a slave flash in combination with a separate flash system. Finally, the free Lume-X application, available under IOS and Android, offers remote control from your smartphone to up to 5 torches at the same time.

In addition to the torch, this Lume Cube 2.0 package comes with a flash shoe holder to place the torch in a camera, a UBS-C cable, a magnetic frame to use a CTO filter to change the color temperature from 5600K to 4500 K, as well as a soft diffuser to soften the light. These filters have powerful magnets on their edges to hang them securely to the magnetic frame, called "Modification Frame".

An ingenious LED video
Despite its small size, this flash / video torch has a very ingenious technology. The Lume Cube 2.0 offers 1500 lumens at full power, or 750 lux at 1 meter away, graduated in various intensities from 0 to 1500. Compared to the first version, it is now possible to control the power with 'More' and 'Less' buttons ', to adjust your exposure perfectly and quickly. Another innovation of the Lume Cube 2.0, offers a 'Low Light' mode that allows you to adjust the intensity levels from 1% to 10% of the power by 1%.

The color temperature of the LED is 5600 ° Kelvin, which provides a beautiful, bright white light near natural light. With an IRC (Color rendering index) that increases from 85 to 95, the Lume Cube 2.0 offers excellent light quality, with an improved diffusion angle of 60 to 80 degrees.
Another novelty of the Lume Cube 2.0: its USB-C connection instead of a normal micro USB connection. Charging time is thus reduced to around 45 minutes. Finally it is rechargeable during use.

Water resistant to 9 meters deep thanks to the rubber cover that closes the charging point, the Lume Cube 2.0 is perfect for water sports, including surfing, and for use in combination with action cameras like GoPro. You have the option to manage all your torches at the same time, or change the light intensities separately for each one, or easily adjust the "Red-eye reduction" option for each Lume Cube 2.0.
