Adaptable to any situation, the D30 is the lighting solution, whether you are working with portrait, fashion, or product photography.

Recycling, Flash Duration, and HSS
Rapid recycling ensures that fleeting gestures and decisive moments are captured, not lost. This monolight can provide super-fast flash durations of up to 1/21,100 seconds in Freeze mode to deliver sharp images that freeze the action. This is especially valuable for dance, sports, or fashion work. Additionally, HSS is ideal for shooting with a wide aperture in bright conditions or for freezing the action with absolute sharpness.

Eco, Boost, and Freeze Modes
The flash head normally operates in Eco mode to prioritize color fidelity and maximize its lifespan. If you encounter situations where an extra punch is needed, a Boost mode is available to ensure the light is exactly where you need it. Last but not least, the Freeze mode offers flash durations that stop motion to capture splashes and liquid spills and achieve other creative effects.

Bi-color LED modeling light
A convenient 35W LED modeling light can adapt to any lighting environment with a variable CCT of 2800-7000K. The bare light emits up to 1500 lux at 3.3' with a beam angle of 63° and a field angle of 105°. The LED modeling light reaches 3800 lumens, allowing for brightness adjustments from 100% to 10%, and has a color accuracy of 94 CRI.

Functionality of Profoto Air
The D30 is fully compatible with Profoto Air functions. Choose between synchronization, TTL, HSS, and remote control with the Air 1 and Air 2 remotes available separately from the brand. The D30 also offers Bluetooth connectivity for full compatibility with the brand's Profoto Camera and Profoto Control apps.

Widely compatible
Purchasing a D30 gives you the ability to work with a wide range of Profoto modifiers. Its 100 mm front mount is compatible with more than 120 optional Profoto modifiers, which expands your light shaping possibilities. Thanks to its robust construction, even the largest Profoto modifiers can be used. Additionally, the included stand adapter features a built-in umbrella slot.
