The Nanlite Forza 300 II LED spotlight is remarkably compact and lightweight, yet it delivers 69,400 lux (6,447.4 fc) at 1 meter with the included reflector. It was built for professional production with durable construction, control options for Bluetooth, 2.4G, and DMX/RDM, a glass-protected COB, a completely redesigned yoke, and a control unit that can operate with AC power or side-mounted V-Mount batteries (sold separately). It has a high-precision CRI rating of 96 and a TLCI of 97, and allows you to easily adjust the green to magenta shift in +/- 80, which is possible thanks to its W (RG) LED source.

This is the second generation of this accessory and has been improved in all aspects. The control unit is 37% smaller, gets 30% more battery life (batteries sold separately), can operate with a single V-Mount battery, and has no fan. The included cables are substantially longer: 19.8 feet (6 m) for the power cable, 9.8 feet (3 m) for the head cable, and even longer head cables are available separately. It is compatible with a large number of Bowens Mount light modifiers, including Nanlite's own offerings. A useful 55° reflector is included, and with the FL-20G Fresnel (sold separately), the output increases to 197,000 Lux (18,301.9 fc) at 1 meter.

The improved yoke allows for 360° rotation and is curved to provide a greater tilt range for large modifiers. A single-sided continuous lock allows for easy positioning, and an umbrella mount gives you more light shaping options. The head fan is 9 dBA quieter and has 4 modes: Smart, Full Speed, Low Speed, and Off for absolute silence. A redesigned padded carry case with improved cushioning holds everything securely. A USB port allows for firmware updates that will add new features in the future, and it can supply power to wireless DMX receivers (sold separately).

Power The Forza 300 II provides a substantial amount of output from a head that weighs only 6.3 lb (2.88 kg) and is only 12.9 x 8.9 x 4.8" in size.

App and DMX
Control You can fully control Forza 300 II with your phone via Bluetooth with the free NANLINK app for iOS and Android. 2.4G allows you to use the WS-RC-C2 remote control (sold separately) or the WS-TB-1 transmitter box (sold separately) for larger setups. Locking the DMX/RDM ports facilitates advanced control.

Adjustment When mixed with ambient light and other fixtures, adjusting the green to magenta shift allows the 300 II to match perfectly. This is also helpful when you want to achieve a specific look but need to adjust the color to get there. It is rare for a spotlight to have this feature, but you get it in Forza 300 II.
