Brass helical screw in TEFLON cap driven focusing mechanism that guides the lamp carriage supported by Teflon bushings along 2 stainless steel rails. This ensures smooth operation and restricts bouncing or vibrations of the lamp carriage during focus, at any tilt position of the device, avoiding lamp failure during operation. The Teflon bushings also provide a cleaning action, cleaning the stainless steel guide rails during focusing. The focus mechanism can be activated from the rear of the device and all flood point action is achieved with 1 1/2 turns of the focus knob.
The unit is equipped with a hinged lens door with wire guard for easy access to the lamp, includes 4 accessory holding brackets.
