Angelbird CFast 2.0 Card Reader (USB Type-C)

Designed to transfer files at unlimited speeds, the Angelbird CFast 2.0 memory card reader quickly ingests your footage from a single CFast 2.0 card. Compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux systems that use a USB Type-C port, this reader uses the USB 3.1 Gen 2 standard of 10 Gb / s. Its Solid Connect II recessed interface protects against accidental disconnection and limits wear. Additional features include a physical write protection switch and a modular design that stack perfectly with other Angelbird card reader models.
For systems that do not support USB 3.1 Gen 2, this reader is compatible with other USB standards and, since the USB Type-C port shares the same interface as Thunderbolt 3, it can be connected directly to a Thunderbolt 3 port. Bus power allows that the Angelbird CFast 2.0 card reader receives power directly from the USB or Thunderbolt port of the system host, without the need for additional cables or power supplies.
