Gitzo GT2545T Series 2 Traveler Carbon Fiber Tripod with Center Ball Head

The GK2545T-82QD is a carbon fiber tripod kit consisting of a Traveler GT2545T tripod and a GH1382TQD ball head.

The GT1545T Series 2 in carbon fiber is a lightweight 4-section tripod that folds back 180 °.

The Gitzo GT2545T can support a load of up to 12 kg, with a weight of only 1.33 kg. Its maximum height is 154.5 cm. Recommended for use with 135mm camera and lens (up to 200mm). With the included short column we can lower the tripod up to 22 cm from the ground for low shooting angles and macro photography.

The quick center column is easily removable, transforming it into a ground level tripod allowing a very wide range of perspectives to be captured. The 4 leg sections of the GT2545T tripod are secured with a G-lock Ultra twist lock mechanism with O-rings inside that keep dust and dirt out of the mechanism. The top of the tripod is completely new, redesigned to offer greater rigidity and the angle selectors on the legs provide a wider grip area for a better fit. The tripod has a stabilizing hook at the bottom of the column to add weight and increase stability when the terrain or the weight of the equipment requires it. A wide range of ball joints and other accessories can be added thanks to the 1/4 '' and 3/8 '' thread located on the top of it. Like all other Gitzo ball heads, the GH1382TQD is highly versatile and perfectly balanced to ensure extreme smoothness, precision of movement and secure locking.

The GH1382TQD Series 1 Quick Release Center Ball Head in D is the slimmest of the entire range of Gitzo professional heads. It weighs only 390 g and ensures a load of up to 11 kg. At a height of 10.4 cm, it is compact enough to fit between the closed legs of a Series 0 and Series 1 Traveler tripod. This model features a pan lock. 360 ° independent, for providing smooth movements and for its construction in high quality aluminum and high resistance. The GH1382TQD center ball head comes with an Arca-Swiss short shoe (GS5370SD) which is also perfect for all Gitzo D-chainrings.

The quick-release shoe is held securely by a locking screw and features a bubble level that helps keep the horizon straight. This ball joint allows the entry of almost all types of Arca-Swiss shoe from other brands.
