Equipped with a high magnification and large objectives, these binoculars are ideal for making detailed observations of distant subjects (without the dimming often associated with long-distance viewing) or when looking through heavy brush and dense canopies. The BAK4 roof prisms are phase-corrected and treated with silver mirror coatings on the reflective surfaces. These work together to limit internal light loss and interference to enhance clarity and contrast. The fully multi-coated anti-reflective lenses maximize light transmission to improve brightness, resolution, and color reproduction.

The optical performance is complemented by design and construction details that make the binoculars easy to hold and capable of withstanding the elements. The dual hinge/open bridge construction provides additional gripping surface area while reducing overall weight without sacrificing strength or stability. The ergonomic, non-slip shielding with raised ridges offers a secure and positive grip.
