The Powder BP 500 AW backpack is inspired by winter sports and extreme adventures and has been designed by Lowepro to integrate digital image capture with the active lifestyle of skiing, snowboarding, or other extreme outdoor activities enthusiasts.

It has the perfect balance between lightness, performance, and safety when transporting the camera and equipment for winter sports. With a total volume of approximately 50L, its storage space divided 50/50 for photographic equipment or other gear provides a very versatile carrying capacity for ski or snowboard photographers. The backpack has been designed to withstand the harshest winter conditions.

It can easily accommodate kits based on professional mirrorless systems and full-frame DSLRs, and it can be seamlessly adapted to carry drones or handheld gimbals. Additionally, you can include some lenses: 24-70, 70-200, 16-35, and fisheye, for example. Moreover, it features secure access from the rear.

It has a special pocket for a 15” laptop with a protective sleeve. It includes an external tripod attachment and can carry additional photographic equipment in the top compartment.

Removable camera compartment for more space for clothes, food, or accessories. 50% of the interior space is reserved for general storage (not for photographic equipment) necessary when you are in the mountains.

It features special attachments: a ski/snowboard carrying system with a capacity of up to 120mm width.
