10/16 mm Viltrox extension ring for MFT (Micro 4/3 Olympus, Panasonic)

The 10/16 mm Viltrox automatic extension kit is designed for Olympus cameras with Panasonic's MFT mount. Extension rings (macro rings) are inserted between the camera body and the lens. Move the lens away from the sensor to change the focus range. With the extension rings used, you cannot focus on infinity, but you can shoot from a much shorter distance and with a larger viewing ratio.
Electronic contacts ensure complete communication between the camera body and the lens. All automatic functions such as opening transfer, AF, AE are retained. The contacts inside the adapter rings are encapsulated to avoid unwanted reflections.
Changing the focus range increases the lens ratio. With conventional lenses, you can scale up to 1: 1 (1 × magnification), with real macro lenses up to 2: 1 (2 × magnification).
The wider the objective, the more noticeable the change in the image ratio, with the telephoto lenses, the increase in the image ratio is not as surprising. To meet the photographer's requirements as much as possible, the set includes two rings, which can be used separately, but also both at the same time.
