Canon EF to RF Mount Adapter

The Canon EF Mount to RF Adapter is a single lens adapter designed to attach an EF or EF-S mount lens to an EOS R mirrorless digital camera. This advanced adapter features a customizable control ring, the same as the one on the native RF frame lens, to intuitively adjust exposure settings such as ISO, aperture, and exposure compensation. It also retains full autofocus and image stabilization capabilities and contains no optical components, thus preserving the original optical quality of the mounted lens.

Adquirí este producto en Duke aún pudiendo comprarlo en otras partes como Amazon porque realamente el precio era muy similar y trato de aportar mi granito de arena para que las tiendas especializadas en fotografía no desaparezcan del todo. Por desgracia, en las fechas que hice mi pedido, tuvieron un problema con Corres Express y el artículo llegó con más de 1 semana de retraso, por lo que estuve en plenas vacacione sin poder hacer ni una sola fotografía. Hablé con Duke en varias ocasiones y no me ofrecieron ninguna solución, algo que me parece que califica al servicio ofrecido por sí solo. El producto debería haber llegado en 48h laborables como máximo, y como digo, creo que llegó 11 días después; les propuse que si los pedidos en una fecha concreta tenían incidencias, que me mandaran otro que sí llegare en esas 24-48 horas prometidas y que ellos solucionaran con Correos, pero me dijeron que no, así que, es una pena, tenía muchas de comprar en esta tienda, pero con este poco "cariño" y proactividad para ofrecer soluciones a los clientes, es la última vez que compraré aquí. La fotografía es un hobby caro y los que lo pagamos, lo hacemos con gusto, pero siempre que la profesionalidad esté en los estándares correspondientes, no un " bueno, es un problema de la empresa d distribución con la que trabajamos, así que nos lavamos las manos y querido cliente, a esperar, que ya llegará". Si yo hago eso en mi trabajo, que también proporciono servicios a diferentes clientes, me echan del trabajo. De verdad, un pena...
