With a separately available cable, the DJI Focus manual unit can be connected to an Inspire transmitter. With this connection, the lens focus and iris can be controlled directly in real time with the focus.

Adjustable endpoints

While cinema lenses have built-in stops, photography lenses don't. In focus, you can adjust the lens to match the endpoints of any lens you want to use. Because the motor uses an encoder, the integrated processor knows exactly where the motor is, allowing you to set it in seconds by simply turning the lens infinitely and marking it, then repeating at the other end.

Adjustable wheel tension

The touch focus wheel is now customizable to suit your taste. Simply turn the control knob until you reach a stiffness or looseness that suits your hand.

Replaceable marking ring

A white marking ring around the focusing dial can be exchanged and demarcated using everything from adhesive tape to wax pencil for different lenses or projects. A light behind the ring illuminates it from behind, ensuring that the marks are visible even in a dark set.

Customizable

An OLED display menu on the remote allows you to fine-tune how the Focus works for you. You can even set multiple points of focus and the speed at which the camera tangles between them making complex movements simple and repeatable.

Mounting on rosette

Connect other accessories to the Focus remote control or even connect it to other parts of your equipment. Having a built-in rosette mount means it can be installed wherever you need it safely.

Rechargeable Battery

The included lithium-ion battery can power the Focus throughout a socket, and can be changed in seconds if it runs out. You can charge it in the studio or even on the move from a power supply through its USB charging port.
