TetherBoost Pro regulates the energy from your digital camera's backups to your computer, eliminating these limitations and allowing your cable connection to operate at the maximum USB 3.0 speed from 4.5 m to 20 m without signal loss.
TetherBoost Pro also features a TrueConnect LED indicator that signals the effective connection between the camera, mirrorless or back, and the computer.

Included in the TetherBoost Pro kit, you will find a JerkStopper extension lock, a tool that protects cable ends from accidental disconnections, damage, and electrical hazards. The simple shell design allows the JerkStopper extension lock to close around the ends of the TetherBoost Pro and USB 3.0 cables, then twist and securely lock the cables.

TetherBoost Pro can be used with or without external power equally efficiently, however, adding a power source to the line will prevent the camera and computer batteries from depleting. The included USB-D/C cable is optional for adding a USB battery or AC adapter.

Note: Wired connections are powered by the camera and/or computer to properly transmit images. TetherBoost helps solve various connection issues that may occur.
