The VEO ED 8420M is a lightweight, compact, and robust monocular, waterproof and fog-resistant with extra-low dispersion (ED) glass for maximum clarity, especially in low-light conditions.

With this monocular, you can get 8 times closer to the action, while the 42 mm objective lens, ED glass, BaK4 roof prism, and advanced multi-coated lenses maximize transmitted light to provide a clear and sharp image. Vanguard has applied a solid membrane to the front element, resistant to scratches, water, and oil.

Weighing only 300 g and with a compact design, it comfortably fits in one hand and in the pocket, making it an incredibly manageable and portable monocular that you can easily carry with you wherever you go. It's ready to use at all times, offering a practical and convenient alternative to regular binoculars.

For field use, it only has a large textured focus wheel. This makes it easy and intuitive to focus the monocular, even in cold and wet conditions where gloves are needed. No need to fuss with diopters, just bring the monocular to your eye and focus in seconds so as not to miss any detail, whether it's a butterfly on a flower in front of you or a fast-moving object in the distance.

For greater stability of use, the monocular has a 1/4" thread that allows it to be attached to a standard monopod or tabletop tripod, whether on the go or for long periods in a hideout.

To keep the monocular protected, the IPX 7 waterproof and fog-resistant body is housed in a thick rubber armor and includes caps to prevent scratches on the objective lens/eyepiece.

To maximize versatility, this monocular also includes a universal smartphone adapter and a Bluetooth remote for digiscoping, allowing you to get closer to the action while giving you the ability to photograph or video your subject with your mobile phone. The adapter is suitable for almost any mobile phone up to 55-87 mm wide.

The smartphone adapter fits easily and securely onto the monocular's eyepiece. Since smartphone camera lenses are located in different positions, and even with multiple lenses, the adapter can be adjusted horizontally and vertically to align the monocular's eyepiece with the smartphone camera lens.

When used with a tripod or monopod, the Bluetooth remote can also be used, allowing you to trigger the camera of any IOS or Android smartphone without touching the smartphone, minimizing the risk of shaking and blurred photos.
